Private Equity - Investment Manager

Our client is a respected UK Private Equity firm.

The Leeds operation seeks to appoint an Investment Manager to support the senior management team in deal structuring and execution.

Experience of Due Diligence, Valuations, Debt and or Equity Capital financing would be ideal.

Prior Private Equity or Venture Capital experience is not essential. Applicants in Corporate Finance, Transaction Services and Leveraged Finance are welcomed.
