Nick has been a specialist in Financial Services Executive Search and Recruitment since the mid-1990s, operating at the most senior levels to appoint leaders and build high-performing teams
Beginning his career in London, Nick later spent 18 years in Hong Kong, where he was recognized as one of Asia’s top Financial Services headhunters
He also co-founded one of the region’s leading Executive Search firms, establishing a strong presence in Hong Kong and Singapore
After relocating to Yorkshire in 2018, Nick led a prominent Life Insurance distribution business across Yorkshire and the North before founding FatGreen.

His extensive transaction experience includes guiding Boards through turnarounds, strategic restructurings, and Mergers & Acquisitions.

After earning her MBA, Anny began a career in Project Finance with Bechtel Enterprises in San Francisco
She later transitioned into Corporate Finance roles with JP Morgan and UBS, specializing in Technology and Renewable Energy sectors
Rising to Managing Director, she led IPO's on Nasdaq and HKSE while advising on cross-border M&A transactions
Since relocating to Yorkshire, Anny has continued her career in Financial Services and now leads FatGreen Wealth providing wealth management and insurance solutions to businesses and families across Birmingham, Manchester, Leeds, and Newcastle
