He also co-founded one of the region’s leading Executive Search firms, establishing a strong presence in Hong Kong and Singapore
After relocating to Yorkshire in 2018, Nick led a prominent Life Insurance distribution business across Yorkshire and the North before founding FatGreen

Based in Yorkshire, Nick is a distinguished UK Corporate Barrister, Non-Executive Director, and former front-bench Government Minister, having served under John Major’s administration.
Specializing in Corporate Governance, Nick advises major banks, FinTech firms, and early-stage companies.
His extensive transaction experience includes guiding Boards through turnarounds, strategic restructurings, and Mergers & Acquisitions.

Anny Lian - Non-Executive Director
After earning her MBA, Anny began a career in Project Finance with Bechtel Enterprises in San Francisco
She later transitioned into Corporate Finance roles with JP Morgan and UBS, specializing in Technology and Renewable Energy sectors
Rising to Managing Director, she led IPO's on Nasdaq and HKSE while advising on cross-border M&A transactions
Since relocating to Yorkshire, Anny has continued her career in Financial Services and now leads FatGreen Wealth providing wealth management and insurance solutions to businesses and families across Birmingham, Manchester, Leeds, and Newcastle
